After your order is placed, our fulfillment team carefully prepares it, typically within 1 business day. During peak periods such as holidays, promotions, or sales events, processing may take 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We prioritize accuracy and care in handling each order to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Estimated Transit Time

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order efficiently. Estimated transit times are:

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Other EU countries: 4–12 business days

Split Shipments
